QC Inspection station for check of geometrical and physical parameters of graphitised electrodes.
 
Fully-automated station is designed for 100% check of geometric and physical parameters of graphitised electrodes with diameters from 250 to 800 mm according to CEI/IEC 60239:2005, namely:
 
non-contact measurement of electrode geometry
non-contact measurement of nipple sockets;

electrical resistance
ultrasonic velocity in longitudinal direction
dynamic modulus of elasticity.
